Catholic Youth Organization Our Lady of Perpetual Help Scholarship
 
Our Lady of Perpetual Help CYO will award two scholarships in the amount of $300.00 each. Scholarships will be awarded to 2 eighth grade students and based on the following criteria.

The Qualifications for this Scholarship include:

Strong school spirit, willingness to be of service to others, and active participation in all phases of life.

  1. The student must be enrolled at Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
  2. Student must have played or worked with CYO at some point.
  3. The scholarship must be used only for enrollment in a Catholic High School in the Archdiocese of San Antonio.
  4. The student must show a spirit of being trustworthy and reliable peacemakers, have a positive attitude, and show respect for others and themselves.
  5. The student must fill out an application, which will include a series of brief answers to questions, and must return it to the school office no later then May 19th,2008 .
